Initial Visit
60 minutes | $245 | Online through telemedicine
The initial visit is about getting to know you, your lifestyle, your goals and priorities. We’ll go over your Intake Form and lab results and I will ask you more details, as necessary. We’ll talk about treatment options and next steps that you can take towards reaching your health goals. My virtual office is a safe space for you to share your story and experience. I’ll help you process what you’re going through and provide support, guidance and information as you need.

Followup Visits
40 minutes | $110 | Online through telemedicine
In your initial appointment, we’d have discussed the time frame and frequency for your follow-up visits. I encourage you to book in advance as my availability is limited to one day a week, and my schedule fills up quickly.
In your follow-up appointments, we will review your treatment plan, how you’re feeling, what’s working, and what’s not. Some things should be improving by this point, and if they are not, we make revisions. I may need you to do additional lab work or imaging, and will notify you in advance.
Appointment with a Supervised Intern
As the Clinical Supervisor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I oversee a team of 4th year student interns as they complete their practicum requirements. Booking with a Supervised Intern means that your care will be planned and administered by them in our teaching clinic. I will be on-site, physically or virtually, to supervise and ensure their recommendations and treatment plan are appropriate.
This option is ideal for patients who are on a budget, and/or those whose illness isn’t complex.

60 minutes | $45 | Online through telemedicine
Your visit will be with one of my interns, who will also provide your treatment plan. The initial visit will consist of an assessment, introduction to naturopathic medicine, and a preliminary* treatment plan.
*The full treatment plan is provided on the second visit, giving the interns an opportunity for research.

First Follow-up
The intern that’s assigned to your case file will deliver your treatment plan. If prescribed, the implementation of the plan may be done on site at the Brampton Clinic location (e.g. acupuncture, massage, etc.).
Additional Follow-ups
The intern that’s assigned to your case file will assess the efficacy of the treatment plan, and revise if necessary.

The intern assigned to you will be the one planning and administering your care.
I will be present to supervise the critical parts of your appointment and will ensure that the recommendations and treatment plan given to you are appropriate.
Select treatments, where in-person implementation is required will be administered in our Brampton Clinic location.
